There’s a slowing down that happens in the winter; even if you don’t suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), the shorter days and cooler weather this time of year can have a real impact on our energy levels and mood.
While a little bit of slowing down is probably a good thing for most of us, we also have responsibilities we need to meet and things we want to accomplish, and we also want to be able to enjoy this festive, joyful time of year.
