6 Ways to Beat the Winter BluesUnlike a lot of people, it seems, this has to be one of my favourite times of the year.

With the next few days off, I always like to reflect on the past year and all that I am thankful for. This has been a wonderful year of change and I know that next year will bring more growth and exciting opportunity.

I have the most amazing people in my life, including my family, friends, and patients, and each and every one of you has helped shape me into who I am today.

So here’s my challenge to you: instead of focussing on what you don’t like about this season, try focusing on all the things you do like – about the holidays, the year you’ve had, and your life in general.

Because you can make a million physical changes in your life, but real health comes from a healthy attitude.
