Cleanse With Me! Shopping List & Prep

Woman holding wheatgrass in hands

Last month we discussed the importance of the liver, one of our main detoxification organs. Spring is the best time to detox and cleanse your liver, so over the next 7 days we’ll cleanse together! I’ve been on the road a lot so far this spring, and I’m ready for a nice post-winter detox.

The list below is what you’ll need to get started. It’s a pretty extensive list, so pick and choose what you think you’ll like best in each  category (except for the supplements – you’ll want to pick up both of them).

Every day this week I’ll update you with your meals and snacks – and I’ll be following along, too! If you have questions while we go, just leave them in the comments.

Happy spring cleaning!
