Spring Liver Cleanse Day 4

Welcome to day 4 of 7 of my Spring Liver Cleanse! I hope everyone’s feeling in the swing of things now, and starting to see the benefits. What’s working for you? What are you struggling with? Let me know in the comments!

 

Breakfast

Warm lemon water

Quick quinoa breakfast bowl (left over from Day 3)

 

Mid morning snack

Handful of pecans  

Kiwi

 

Lunch

Collard wraps with sunflower pate and black beans (left over from Day 3)

 

Afternoon Snack

Lightly steamed asparagus dipped in roasted jalapeno hummus

 

Dinner

Homemade salmon burgers (make extra for lunch for Day 5) on a butter lettuce stack (no bun)

Homemade baked yam fries

  • Cut yams into long, thin french fry shape
  • Toss in 1 tbsp melted coconut oil and sesame seeds
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes

 

Dessert

Organic blackberries

 

Beverages

Warm water with lemon (first thing in the morning)

1.5l or more of water

Detox Pukka tea

 

Supplements

1 capsule of EstroSense twice daily (breakfast and dinner)

LG Cleanse Formula 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner (3 total daily)
