We’ve reached the end of our 7 Day Spring Liver Cleanse! By now your liver should be nice and rejuvenated, and you’re hopefully feeling the incredible benefits of eating super clean for a week. How has it gone for you? 

 

Breakfast

Warm water with lemon

Blueberry smoothie – I omit the honey as there is enough sugar in the fruit. I also add my pumpkin or organic brown rice protein powder

Pukka Detox Tea

 

Mid-morning snack

Handful of almonds and an apricot

 

Lunch

Easy Peasy Crunchy Chopped Salad 

 

Mid-afternoon snack

Baby organic carrots and mini cucumber with black bean dip (from Day 6)

 

Dinner

Homemade pesto with rice or quinoa pasta, with organic chicken and swiss chard or spinach mixed in

Veggies tossed in cold pressed, organic coconut oil and roasted in the oven at 375:

  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • eggplant
  • onion
  • garlic
  • asparagus

Pukka Detox Tea

 

Dessert

Mango Chia Pudding – I omit the sweetener

 

Beverages

Warm water with lemon

At least 1.5l of water throughout the day

Supplements

1 capsule of EstroSense twice daily (breakfast and dinner)

LG Cleanse Formula 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner (3 total daily)
