Spring Liver Cleanse Day 2

 Here’s day two of my cleanse – how’s everyone doing with it? Ask any questions you may have in the comments!

Breakfast

Wake up with a cup of hot lemon water

Green Monster Smoothie

(I omit the maple syrup and add my favourite protein powder – Brad King’s Ultimate Vegan Protein or Natural Factors Vegan Protein.)

Detox Pukka Tea

 

Mid-morning snack

Cut up pear with almond butter topped with shredded coconut

 

Lunch

Cooked organic chicken sausages on top of spinach salad with:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • chopped up carrots
  • cucumber
  • beets
  • pumpkin seeds
  • hemp seeds

Dressing – olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper

 

Afternoon snack

Chopped up jicama and cauliflower dipped in hummus

Detox Pukka Tea

 

Dinner

Turkey veggie pilaff

 

Dessert

Chia Pudding

 

Beverages

Hot water with lemon

Detox Pukka Tea

Water throughout the day – at least 1.5 litres

 

Supplements

1 capsule of EstroSense twice daily (breakfast and dinner)

LG Cleanse Formula 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner (3 total daily)
