That’s a Wrap! Quinoa and Hummus Wraps

Sometimes it’s nice to just post a recipe because it’s healthy, made from whole foods, and incredibly tasty. Which is 100% the case with this Quinoa and Hummus Wrap from Young & Raw. As a bonus, this recipe keeps quite well, so make the wraps for dinner and put a couple aside for lunch the next day.

Quinoa and Hummus Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4-6 large Collard Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Pea Shoots or Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Guacamole or Avocado

Instructions: 

Spread 1/4 cup of hummus and avocado onto each collard leaf.

Add ½ cup of quinoa to each leaf.

Fill with remaining ingredients, wrap and enjoy.
