Let’s get real: we all love saving time on cooking so that we have more time for the things and people we love. This is why I love using my Instant Pot to make simple, nutritious meals. In noticing how much my body craves warm soup and stews at this time of the year, I love spending my Sunday afternoons creating nourishing meals for the week with my Instant Pot.

If you aren’t familiar with the Instant Pot, it’s a multi-cooker tool that does the job of a slow cooker, electric pressure cooker, rice cooker, steamer, yogurt maker, sauté/browning pan, and warming pot. In other words, it’s a lifesaver if you’re short on time or dislike meal prepping!

You can purchase an Instant Pot at any home store, or even online here.
