Superfood Power Smoothie (for your Skin)
After giving you such a lengthy list of foods that are great for your skin earlier in the week, I'd be silly not to also share a recipe that helps you integrate them into your day-to-day diet. This superfoods smoothie from my friend Julie Daniluk is packed with everything you need to start working on your beautiful skin from the inside out.
Superfoods Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup organic blueberries
- 1/4 cup organic strawberries
- 2 tsp molecularly distilled Omega 3 fish oil
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 large kale leaf (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Done!
