11 Grown-Up Alcohol-Free Summer Drinks
If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile, you know I’m a big advocate for limiting alcohol intake. Not only does it strain your liver, kidneys, and turn straight into sugar in your body, it’s a big cause of inflammation. Inflammation is linked to many conditions including anything that ends in “itis” (such as arthritis, colitis, bursitis, and tendinitis).
While you’re skipping the alcohol, it can feel like you’re missing out, but with these fun summer drinks, you don’t have to. All of these are grown-up approved ;)
