Summer Salads That Aren’t Rabbit Food (Aka Filled with the Good Stuff)

Whether you’re a salad lover or not, we can all definitely agree that Summer calls for fresh food. It just doesn’t feel right to be eating heavy and hot on a hot day. Summer is a time of abundance of fresh food. Yummy fruit, berries, and vegetables are in season, and our bodies are craving them. 

 

I know that salads can sometimes seem less than exciting, but it really doesn’t have to be that way. 

 

I’ve gathered up a few salads that will entice even those who call a salad “rabbit food” the key is in remembering to include ALL the good stuff.
