Spring Liver Cleanse Day 1

Let the cleansing commence! Below you'll find instructions for Day 1 - enjoy! And be sure to leave any questions for me in the comments.

Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/4 cup of organic blueberries
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 scoop of Ultimate Vegan Protein (organic, sprouted and non-GMO brown rice protein)
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp of fish oil (I like Nutrasea or Sealicious)

 

Mid-morning Snack or after dinner dessert 

Chia Pudding

 

Lunch (make extra for lunch & dinner)

Organic Ginger Chicken Stir Fry 

  • Organic chicken
  • Snowpeas
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Shredded ginger
  • Red onion
  • Red pepper
  • Celery

Stir fry in wok or frying pan using avocado oil or coconut oil. Serve with brown rice or quinoa. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Afternoon snack

Cut up cucumber and yellow peppers dipped in homemade hummus.

 

Dinner

Beverages

Hot water with lemon - 1 cup in the morning 

Organic Pukka Detox Tea mid-morning and afternoon.
