How Did YOUR Detox Go?
Last week I (and hopefully many of you!) embarked on a 7 day Spring Liver Cleanse. If you followed along, you're probably feeling pretty pretty darn good (light, energetic, clear-headed) right now. I know I am!
I know there are many different forms of cleanses out there, but being the whole-foods love that I am I typically like to recommend ones that are gentle yet effective, and where you can still eat amazingly tasty, healthy and nutritious foods.
